For Christmas, my mom bought each of the boys his own little papasan chair. They are super cute but the boys haven't really sat in them much and only when I put them there. Of course they wouldn't stay very long. So for the past few months the chairs have had nice places next to the entertainment center to keep the boys away from the cords. Well, today Nolan climbed into his chair all by himself and played there for a while. I actually got a few pictures. He has a new fascination with climbing that is quite scary. He also spends a lot of time sticking his arm in the small space allowed by the baby locks on the cabinet doors. He's been stealing spices and other small objects that he can get back out the space. Little stinker. Needless to say, I'm very anxious for the gate to come in that I bought to keep the boys out of the kitchen.
I made a sad discovery today. Brace yourself. Colvin has just about lost all the baby fat rolls on his legs. It's a sad day indeed; they were so cute. At least Nolan still has them - I think. I'll have to check. You can even start to see the little hamstring muscles on Colvin from all the squats he does everyday as he picks up toys. Hmmm, maybe I should start doing more of that. :)
I had to share a picture of Colvin whining at me. I hope it's a condition based on teething and not anything more permanent.
Nolan chillin' in his chair.
Nolan finding a creative way to exit the chair (aka falling out of chair).
Colvin took his turn as well. Poor little guy's face is all beat up from a couple of face plants into the coffee table and out the patio door. Walking is fun!
